Liquid Paint and Powder Coating Services

Meeting Needs From Our Customers

After many years of customers’ requests we decided to build a powder coating facility back in 2005.

Benefits of Powder Coating

  • Powder coating provides high quality and long-lasting finishes.

  • It is more resistant to conditions such as humidity, ultraviolet light, climatic variations, scratches, corrosion, chemical products, among other agents that can damage paints.

  • The application of powder coatings reduces polluting emissions.

  • Clean application processes, without drips or waste. And, in case of waste, it can be recovered and reused.

  • Powder coatings are applied by electrostatic processes that can provide fine finishes, thin coats, aesthetic, and homogeneous finishes.

  • It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints.

Benefits of liquid paint coating

  • Liquid paint coatings are perfect for small parts or short runs.
  • Any color can be obtained.
  • It is the best option for non-metallic materials.
  • Can be applied with electrostatic spray guns to reduce waste.

We offer a one stop shop
to our customers.

Our Powder Coating plant is located in a separate 70,000 sq. ft. building, one hundred yards away from our five existing Plating facilities.

Frequent questions

What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is a dry painting or finishing process, which is elaborated with polymeric resins, pigments, flow modifiers, among other additives that are combined and go through melting, cooling, and grinding processes to obtain a uniform powder, with a consistency similar to that of flour.
It is then applied by electrostatic spraying systems, a method that ensures that the powder particles will be attracted to a grounded surface and finally taken to a curing oven where the addition of heat fixes the paint and makes it resistant to breakage.
Powder coating is used on many objects such as car bodies, machinery, metal parts, windows, furniture, among other metal, plastic, wood, or glass surfaces.

What is liquid paint coating?

Liquid paint coatings are used as a base, primer, pretreatment, or topcoat on non-metallic surfaces to give color and gloss to surfaces. It is a flexible alternative, which adapts to different surfaces and colors.
Liquid paints are composed of pigments, resins, fillers, diluents, and additives. Their proportion allows the elaboration of different coatings, with physicochemical characteristics and properties such as resistance to shocks, corrosion, weather conditions, hardness, and adherence.
