Industrial Baked Powder Coating Services

Our contract manufacturing services provide advanced coating through the application of electrically charged powder paint. This powder adheres uniformly to metal parts before being oven-cured. The result is a high-end finish, extremely resistant to corrosion, impacts, and severe weather conditions, ensuring a superior lifespan for your products with unmatched material efficiency.

What Types of Powder Coatings Do We Apply?

We offer a selection of resins designed for specific applications, ensuring ideal protection based on the environment of use:

Epoxies

Ideal for indoor parts requiring maximum chemical and anti-corrosive resistance. They are known for their superior hardness and adhesion.

Polyester (TGIC and TGIC-Free)

The preferred choice for outdoor use thanks to excellent UV and weather resistance, maintaining color and gloss for longer.

Hybrids (Epoxy-Polyester)

A versatile blend offering the best of both worlds: the mechanical resistance of epoxy with the color stability of polyester.

Urethanes

Selected for applications demanding exceptional abrasion resistance and a high-level aesthetic appearance.

Materials and Substrates We Process

Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals

  • Steel: Cold Rolled, Hot Rolled, and Stainless Steel.
  • Aluminum: Profiles, extrusions, and sheet metal.
  • Zinc Die Cast: Pressure-cast parts requiring precision finishes.
  • Galvanized Steel: Special processes to ensure adhesion over zinc layers.

Custom Finishes

Beyond the material, we offer total customization of the final appearance:

  • Textures: Smooth, textured, sand, or wrinkle.
  • Gloss Levels: From deep matte to high gloss.
  • Colors: Extensive catalog following international standards (RAL, Pantone).

Our Electrostatic Finishing Process: Industrial Technology and Precision

Our process integrates cutting-edge technology and rigorous control at every stage:

We operate multiple production lines (automated and manual) equipped with Nordson and Binks spray guns.
  • Electrostatic Charge: We guarantee uniform coverage even on difficult geometries, optimizing material use and avoiding drips.
  • Versatility: We have the capacity to apply both Powder Coating and Liquid Paint, adapting to the nature of each substrate.

Deep Cleaning and Preparation

The success of a coating lies in the surface. We utilize multi-station washers (up to 5 stations depending on the line) to guarantee the total removal of impurities through:

  • Degreasing and Phosphating: To open the metal pores and ensure a perfect anchor.
  • Deionized Water Rinses: We prevent mineral residues that could compromise the purity of the finish.

Specialized Preparation (Masking and Plugging)

For complex parts or specific technical requirements, we perform meticulous masking and plugging. This ensures that contact areas, threads, or precision zones remain paint-free according to your blueprints.

State-of-the-Art Application

We operate multiple production lines (automated and manual) equipped with Nordson and Binks spray guns.

  • Electrostatic Charge: We guarantee uniform coverage even on difficult geometries, optimizing material use and avoiding drips.
  • Versatility: We have the capacity to apply both Powder Coating and Liquid Paint, adapting to the nature of each substrate.

Controlled Curing (Infrared and Convection Ovens)

Parts pass through infrared pre-curing ovens and continuous curing ovens. We maintain strict control over temperature and line speed (up to 12 ft/min) to ensure complete polymerization, achieving superior hardness and adhesion.

Advanced Quality Control

We don’t just paint; we certify. Our laboratory utilize adhesion testing tools to ensure every batch meets exact client specifications and industry standards.
