What is CNC machining?

CNC machining is a type of machine used for cutting, marking, drilling, or pressing through a process called Computer Numerical Control or CNC. This process is based on the control of machine or computer assisted tool movements to achieve higher precision machining.

The CNC machining process emerged thanks to specialized software programs that control tool movements through numerical codes related to the coordinate axes of machining machines.
